Tokyo Disney Crowd Calendar 2026

Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea are two of the busiest theme parks in the world. Picking the right day is the single largest lever a foreign visitor has over wait times. This page is a simplified English view of our daily 10-level forecast, with the patterns that actually matter for planning from overseas.

How the crowd level works

Our forecast runs from 1 (empty) to 10 (extreme) and combines historical attendance, ticket pricing, day of week, weather, and active events.

The four weeks foreign visitors should avoid in 2026

Best windows for foreign visitors in 2026

WindowWhyTypical level
Jan 12 – Feb 27 (weekdays)Deep low season after New Year23
June (weekdays, except school trips)Rainy season, fewest domestic visitors24
Early September (weekdays)Japanese school starts, locals gone34

Rain is your friend. Tokyo Disney does not close for rain (typhoons aside). Attendance drops 20–40% on rainy days, most outdoor parades are canceled, but 80% of attractions are indoors and still run. Bring a waterproof jacket and rainy days often end up being the best day of your trip.
